Hi, I installed the plugin this afternoon to work alongside my Elementor website. In principle it does everything that it should on desktop, however on mobile it removes all formatting, structure, images, CSS and just about everything else!

I have for the time being removed the plugin. Any help or direction would be great.

    Hi @mike1236 ,
We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
    5. Click on Enable to activate

Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP,

Will be looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Regards, Mane

    Thank you for your cooperation.

In your WordPress Dashboard, please?enter Elementor > Tools > Regenerate files and data > save > clear all caches.

After, please, enter Elementor > Settings > Features > disable all performance related options.

Please, kindly let me know after completing the following actions.

    Hi Mane,

So it has appeared to work, however it’s now no longer showing a TikTok video (only the text) on both mobile and desktop (desktop eventually loads, it’s just very slow). Also, under ‘price list’, on mobile the drop down has now suddenly shifted left from being central.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Mane,

Thanks for coming back. Inadvertently both issues have been resolved through playing around.

The only issue unresolved is that the main image as you visit the site isn’t visible until you take some action on the site. I recognise that this may work against the performance of the site, however I would much prefer this to be visible upon visiting the site.

I used this &mode=advanced to amend JS which has temporarily resolved the issue. Interestingly, 24 hours later it reverted back to its previous form. I have just actioned this again.

Is there a way to ensure this is both permanent but secondary, just the immediate image at the top of the page (as opposed to the entire structure of the site)?

Thanks for your help so far.

    Mike

    Dear @mike1236 ,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

We would like to inform you that the delayed JS functionality you are experiencing is designed for speed optimization. It ensures that JS execution is triggered only on user scroll/tap, resulting in faster loading times. The element-rendering scripts won’t execute until prompted by actions from page visitors, so you need to tap/scroll first to get page elements.

While we can disable this delay, please note that it is critical for better website performance scores. We would recommend leaving it in place, as users tend to start interacting with websites right away.

Therefore, there are two options available:

    1. Leaving the delay in place, which means that JS files will require first interaction to load, resulting in a better final speed score.
    2. Disabling the delay, which will allow JS files to start loading right away, but the speed score will likely be worse.

There are 2 options to disable the JS Delay functionality:

    1. You can locate and exclude any JS files in the 10Web Website Booster. Here is a guide. Otherwise, you can exclude the plugin responsible for the section with this guide.
    2. You can totally disable Delay JS from Settings section of your 10Web Dashboard.

Thank you for choosing our services, and we remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.
    Regards, Mane
