Plugin doesn’t work anymore since WC and WP update

    Hi,

    so far, the payment gateway plugin worked reliably to add PayPal fees to orders paid through PayPal. Since I’ve updated to WC 5.5.2 and WP 5.8, for orders paid via PayPal, the system creates a cancellation invoice containing the PayPal fee (to credit the fee). So in the end, the customer doesn’t have to pay the fee anymore. Can you help me with this?

    Hi Frank,

    Can you tell me which version of PHP running on your site? Also, it would be great if you can show me the setup and the issue through the screenshot and tell me the problem in detail. It would be really helpful to reproduce the problem.

    Also, tell me whether you are getting the problem when the order is canceled? Or you are facing a problem with the invoice receipt only? A detailed explains would be really grateful.

    Hi Chetna,

    thanks a lot for your willingness to look into the problem. As it was very urgent I had to move to another plugin which does the task. So for me, the problem is solved.

    As I said, the issue is that customers do not have to pay the fee anymore, even though it’s listed during checkout.
