    Thank you for reaching out. I have seen that you have been trying to access the plugin from two different sites:
    https://copiatito.cobrains-test.com
    and
    https://tito.cobrains-test.com

    I think the issue that you are facing is that you are trying to access one domain with the credentials of the other. You can see that in the url that you are sending, the main domain is tito.cobrains-test.com while the user_id is set to copiatito.cobrains-test.com

    It looks like the account for the sub-domain copiatito was only created today.

    Let me know what would you like to do with your domains to that we can help you further.

    Probably the best way to solve the issue is to go to your main domain, and deactivate our WordPress plugin, and then reactivate it again.

    This should fix the mixed domains issue.

    Hi again!
    I’ve tried to deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it again, but nothing changed. It shows me again a blank page when I enter the plugin settings.
