    I have installed new plugin version and then get the update notifification and try to install new version too. But both versions don’t import products. They give error that import is not allowed for my account. When I tried to contact teh support, they tried to push me their premium version of plugin. I think import feature should work in free plugin version since I see that in the plugin description here.

    What is the error you received when importing products? Can you share some screenshots?

    And please share screenshots/link of your conversation you have with our team before, where we advised you to upgrade. We need to verify it’s true.

    I’m not talking about an =\”old\” account or asking for support prior to posting a review. I was trying to emphasize they lied in their feedback saying they contacted support when they claimed “When I tried to contact teh support, they tried to push me their premium version of plugin” because this rating is our very first conversation

    And another lie of their accusation that we force users to user the pro plugin while we never do that.

    Nothing is about their account is new or old, it’s simply they’re lying here to abuse our reputation. That’s their intention I’m trying to tell you. Because obviously they’re lying in their review, as I explained in my report.

    User reviews are subjective. Sometimes wrong, its not a reason for forum moderator intervention.
    Just reply and explain politely, it is not needed to press on user to prove their statements, we are non in court to prove what are the lies and what is not. Remember, even if you cant make the user to amend their review or user is never responding, there are always other people who may/will read the reviews and make their own conclusions.
