Plugin Doesn’t work

    Good evening, I created an e-commerce site and installed your plugin. Unfortunately it doesn’t work, the js for its operation is not loaded at all. It seems that the plugin is not active, however it is active and tracking is enabled with emails enabled. So I tried to reconstruct the error with a wordpress installation from scratch where I only installed woocommerce and your plugin. The theme is the basic WordPress theme. Nothing else. Unfortunately the plugin still doesn’t work and I don’t understand why. I have quickly inserted a test product which I will post here via link to make proof of payment. Can you help me please?     I have checked and can see that you are using WooCommerce bocks on the checkout page. The cart abandonment plugin does not support the WooCommerce blocks yet, you can expect this functionality in the near future. Our team is working on it.

    For now, you can use the WooCommerce checkout shortcode on the checkout page.

    Hi, I have the similar problem, I try to use the shortcode within the page of the checkout, but it still show 0 results as abandoment carts.
