Plugin doesn’t work

    Hi!

    I have a problem with the plugin. I added the first quiz and it has a shortcode [streamquiz id=”0″] which doesn’t work. This quiz can’t be deleted. It is also impossible to add a second quiz (“Quiz has not been saved. Probably the data is incorrect or the connection to the database has been lost”). I disabled Elementor Pro and Yoast SEO plugin, but that didn’t help.

    The plugin is the latest version.

    What could be causing this problem?

    I forgot: it’s also impossible to edit this quiz with id “0”.

    It seems DB table(s) which are used by the plugin are corrupted. Could you contact us by email (info (at) ari-soft (dot) com) so we can investigate the problem?

    The problem occurs due to NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO option is enabled in MySQL config. You can contact hosting support and ask to disable it (or disable it in my.cnf config)
