Plugin doesn’t work (?)

I add the following information.
The site is https://www.visureclic.it.

To register a new user click on “REGISTRATI” in red in the menu.
To log in as an already registered user click on “ACCEDI” always in red in the menu.

Thank you for writing in,

We have checked your site but did not find the user registration and the login form(my account page)

It seems you have made the login form using the registration form builder so that you are getting the error message the user already exists. Please check this documentation link https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-show-login-form/ and follow the instruction kindly to setup my account page and the login form.
