Plugin doesn’t work

  • Well, I have setup the plugin in my site as you tell us to do in our documentation… yet the plugin doesn’t work at all: I can’t choose any image for the card and e-mails are not being send to the clients.

    hope you are doing well! ??

    Seem that you have enabled a Lazy Load feature, maybe added by the plugin or by another plugin, could you check it and disable this option to check if the problem with the images is solved, please?

    About the issue with the email, when a gift card is purchased and the order is completed, you are able to see the gift card created in the gift card panel, with the recipient info?
