plugin doesn’t work

    i try to export and get an error:
    Unable to export
    Unable to write /home/gsgshare/domains/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/ytsisnlv9zjf/domain.com-20160905-190343-326.wpress
    (i changed the domain name to domain.com).

    in another domain i did manage to export, but i can’t import.
    it’s stuck for hours on: “Retrieving a list of all WordPress files…”

    is the plugin working or not?

    i try to migrate from one hosting company to another. can it be their configuration? php version?

    any other solution how to make the plugin work?

    adding:
    i couldn’t export because the hosting package was full.
    but still cannot import from one hosting company to another.
    i try several sites. it just doesn’t work. stuck on: Retrieving a list of all WordPress files…

    please help to find a way to make importing work
