I would suggest navigating to https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php and confirming that “wc_facebook_external_business_id” is not blank and does not contain non-Latin characters. (Replace “yoursite.com” with your actual domain name)

This is a common cause of the problem you are encountering.

If there are non-Latin characters, please update the field and then try to connect to Facebook again. You can check more details here.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I would recommend checking if two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Facebook account.

When connecting a Facebook Page or Account to a third-party application, like WooCommerce, 2FA is required by Facebook.com.

You can find more information about this requirement here at this link.

Can you please make sure that 2FA is enabled for your account and then try to re-connect your store to Facebook again?`

As a last recommendation: I noticed there’s a message advising you to update your WooCommerce version https://d.pr/i/bVnjVE can you please update this to the latest version?

As a first step, can you please update WooCommerce (and its Database), along with Facebook for WooCommerce to the latest version? (We do recommend creating a full site backup before running the updates)

While reviewing other reports of this same problem, I found a recommendation that has worked to resolve the issue:

* Our users have reported that disabling and then reenabling 2FA got things working. Can you take those steps if you haven’t already?

Also I desabled and renabled the 2FA, but nothing happend.

Thanks for the information. When you view the edit product page do you have the option to delete the product from facebook, as shown here:

If so, please delete each of the products one by one using that option. Also, can you update Facebook for WooCommerce to 2.16.14 and try to reconnect. If you still have trouble, please submit an inquiry to us at WooCommerce.com as we may need to log into the WP Admin to further determine the problem.
