Plugin doesnt show elements being tested

  • Hello,

    We’ve created 2 variants of our control page to test our different hero images for our homepage. When we’re trying to see how he test looks like in incognito, the images doesn’t show at all.

    Need your help with this. We also have a paid subscription.

    Hi, @markg91. Could you please send us an email at support at nelio software dot com? We need a few more details about your setup and we might even need to look at your site to know what’s amiss.

    For what it’s worth, at the moment I can only think of a few possible reasons: you need to purge your cache/CDN after starting a test and/or the page builder you’re using is not compatible with our plugin and might require some tweaking.

    Thanks for the prompt response.

    We’ve purged the cache thru CloudFlare after running the test and we’re also using Elementor as our Page Builder.

    I’ll send you an email in your provided address and hoping we can get this resolved soon.
