Plugin doesn’t seem to work

Firstly, thanks for post type order plugin, works well. However, I cannot reorder my custom taxonomy terms. I have a custom post type of Courses and a custom taxonomy of Course Categories, I was presume I could go into the Course Categories page and reorder them in wp-admin, much like I did with the post type plugin. But I don’t seem to be able to do that.

Admin sort and Auto Sort are both set to ON in the settings, and the post type order plugin is set to Show for Courses (although it wasn’t when I installed the plugin, not sure if thats relevant or not?).
