    Hi Karl,

You will need to add the following to the “CSS of Menu To Hide” option:

    .nav

Also, I can’t see my menu installed on your site at the moment so this will not take effect until it is installed, active and being included correctly.

    Any questions let me know!

Thanks for getting back to me (it wasn’t installed as I was playing around with some different menus). I’ve put your plugin back on and have put .nav in CSS of Menu To Hide, however it’s still not working :(.

    Hi Karl,

It still doesn’t appear to be instealled on the site.

Can you confirm that is it installed and active.

If not, then you have an issue with the WordPress installation or theme which would explain why you are not seeing any changes.

    All the best

The plugin is installed and active…must be a problem with the theme the site is built using…

    Hi Karl,

Can you check that you have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in your header.php and footer.php files respectively.

    All the best

    Hi Karl,

Ok please add these in and the plugin should show and start affecting the site in the way that it should.

    All the best
