Plugin Doesn't Seem To Be Working

Hi there, when trying to change shortcodes in a pages text like the following example:

[geofilter country=’US’] [table id=6 /] [/geofilter]

trying to simply change to:

[geoip2 region=’US’] [table id=6 /] [/geoip2]

Just doesn’t seem to do anything when I “run” better search and replace. Maybe I’m confused at how this plugin works, please advise? A plugin I’m using changed format so I’m needing to make that type of change on around 1,000 pages and was hoping your plugin would save me from having to manually do it. Please advise.
