    Hi Greg,

Sorry to hear that the locations isn’t working for you. Does anything show up in the table on the right-hand side? Do services or service providers save correctly? How about the options in the “Options” tab?

We’d definitely like to help get this working for you! Thanks for posting.

    Thanks for the follow-up.
I managed to suppress the error of not retaining the settings by reinstalling your plugin.

Yet when I run it the first time I get a lot of errors which disappear when I fill in the settings.

An example of such an error is “Notice: Undefined variable: EmailFailure in H:\root\home\greensky-001\www\site1\wp-content\plugins\ultimate-appointment-scheduling\Functions\EWD_UASP_Reminders.php on line 35”.

I host my WordPress site on an ASP.NET host and maybe it is the reason behind the errors.

Have you checked your plugin in an IIS environment?

    Hi Greg,

We definitely haven’t tested in an IIS environment. Is there something specifically turning notifications on? They shouldn’t usually cause an issue, and usually hidden.

If you send us a list of the notifications that are coming up by email to [email protected], we can make sure that the variables are initialized before checking them in the next update.

Was there anything that said “Warning” or “Error” in the message list? Those ones would need to be dealt with ASAP.

Thanks for letting us know about the reinstalling fix, it could just have been that one of the files was corrupted while downloading from the WordPress repository. Re-installing would delete the files and then re-download them, which would fix that issue.
