Plugin doesn’t render at all

Hello tech support:
I am trying to export a single page using the free version of the plugging, but i doesn’t see ever export anything. I am more than willing to purchase the pro version, since i need to export more pages, but i want to make sure everything works first.

The website was built in Elementor and for some reason my client decided to not have automatic updates to the WP installer. Providing this information just in case that sheds some light as in why the plugin is not working.

Any guidance you can give me, it would be greatly appreciated,
