    Hi,

    We have investigated the issue, and it may be due to a conflict between certain plugins or themes. For a preliminary inspection, could you please try deactivating other plugins one by one, excluding the WooCommerce plugin? If the issue persists, try switching to the WooCommerce Storefront theme, and inform us of the results. It is advisable to take a backup of your site before making any changes.
