Plugin doesn’t process oEmbed links in comments

AMP plugin doesn’t process oEmbed links in comments (for example enabled by “oEmbed in comments” plugin) and so generate invalid AMP page (with <script> tags in it). Can comments be processed like a post body?

As you can see on the page in my question (https://ulpressa.ru/2015/11/16/vladislav-tretyak-svoi-pobedyi-posvyashhayu-bogu/amp/) there is a line
<script async="" src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
in comment with oEmbed twit. Custom JavaScript is invalid for AMP: https://search.google.com/test/amp?id=qCiQyRvXM_DY1gPAaDbH1Q
