Plugin doesn't load

  • Hi, i’m working on a new website.
    i’ve installed the free virtue theme, and installed the toolkit plugin.
    The plug in is activated.
    But when i enter into customizer menu setting, there’s this:

    *NOTE: Make sure Virtue/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin is activated*
    Go to Apperance > Theme Options > Menu settings for all menu settings

    Already tried to re install the plugin in different mode, but still doesnt’ work.
    Any suggestions?

    The note is just to make sure you have, if it’s installed that’s great then you should see the apperance > theme options (differnet from apperance > customizer) part of the admin.
