Plugin doesn’t add fee to total nor shows fee on invoice

  • Hi,

    We are using your plug in for a long time but I noticed that the fees are not working any more.

    I see the fee under “extra fields”
    Name: “PayPal Transaction Fee”
    Value: 0.94 (the actual fee)

    But I do not see the section in the calculation and neither is the fee added to the total.
    Plus the fee isn’t shown on the invoice (but that seems to make sense as it is also not showing in the calculation)

    It used to work before (last fee found early September, and after that it seems to stop working) so don’t know where it is going wrong. Can you please help?

    Hi,
    could you send me a list of active plugins and their versions? The best would be sending me a report from Site Health.

    Regarding the time when it stopped working – have you updated something on that day? What and from which version to which version?
