    Hello,

One of my clients want to use Packeta as one of the delivery methods, but when setting it up and testing the plugin doesn’t add any extra shipping cost to the final price.

All carrier settings look like this:
Weight rules: Weight up to:?5kg Price:?6€
Default COD surcharge:?6€ (added it testing if this was the problem, but no)
    Free shipping limit:?100€

I want it to add 6€ (or the exchanged currency amount) to every packeta shipping method order.

    Best regards,
    Zoltan

    Hello @zotapr,
    thank you for the question.

May I ask on which e-shop does this happen, so we could check this behaviour directly in there?

Or if you would be willing, could you send us an export of the plugin settings to [email protected] (you can export the settings in the Packeta->Settings Support tab)?
From the export we may be able to figure out the issue.
    Thank you.

    Hello!

After posting I realised that it add cost normally when the pricing is in EUR, but not if I change it to HUF with woocommerce multicurrency. Or it just doesnt support multicurrency?

Will send email if it should be good with multicurrency and its a bug.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
to be honest, there is a lot of plugins that provide multicurrency for WooCommerce. Is there a specific one that you are using?

Our plugin should be compatible with most multicurrency plugins, that use the usual WooCommerce functionalities, but if your plugin is somehow special or implements their own methods, it may be a cause for the behaviour you have mentioned.

Can you tell us which plugin you are using, so we may take a look at how it functions with our plugin?
    Thank you.

    Hello,

We are using the Woocommerce payments multicurrency tab, from the official website.

    Hello @zotapr,
my apologies for the delayed answer.

I have been thoroughly trying to replicate the issue you have described, but was unable to do so.

I have been testing the multicurrency with several currencies, but all seem to be converting accordingly and the shipping costs as well.

May I ask for the URL of the e-shop where the described behaviour is happening so I may take a look at it there?
