plugin does not work.help urgently

  • hello, this plugin does not work when set up and put the address of my facebook, then save changes, then go to the site where you post the pages, and click the icon that says add facebook gallery, I get the following:

    Enter your page’s username, or ID in the box below.
    For example: https://facebook.com/flypaperagency username is flypaperagency

    below the Facebook Page and then the Facebook Gallery, finally when I give insert gallery. nothing happens, does not load anything, please help urgently
