• I have tried to use Phoenix Media Rename
plugin to rename images on my website. Apparently, when I rename files (I am not use whether it happens with only buld rename), if they are insterted in oxygen builder then it does not only broke the image, but makes the entire section disappear. I have pages that have disappeared completely because it has image in almost every section.
    Others had the same experience?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @zsujoker,
I’d like to fix this issue, but oxygen builder doesn’t have a free version, so I can’t install it on my development server.

I’ll write to Oxygen Builder’s support to see if they can help me fix the issue.

    Hi @zsujoker,
    Oxygen support replied the following:

If something alters Oxygen's shortcodes, the shortcodes need to be resigned via Oxygen > Settings > Security before the element can be shown on the front-end of the site.

I installed your plugin on our Sandbox site and that did seem to be the case - as soon as I resigned the shortcodes, the image displayed correctly on the front-end.

Are you able to suggest that your customer takes a full backup of their site and then resigns their Oxygen shortcodes?

Can you try this solution and let me know if it works? If it works, I can try to add some code to Phoenix Media Rename to automate this process, but I can’t try it directly because there aren’t free or developer versions on Oxygen Builder.

If you wish, you can contact me directly via email at [email protected]

    C.
