Plugin does not work the way it is mentioned but the website works

  • This plugin works using legacy REST API method, the plugin is horrible. After the recent update 1.0.4 and activating the ship rocket shipping method, every PIN code in India shows as non serviceable. I had to deactivate the plugin to avoid confusion. The data is pulled in the ship rocket app via REST API however the developer needs to work a lot to fix these issues. Also we need to have more detailed option to restrict certain product to be shipped via courier, which this plugin cannot do at this point.

    Overall, this plugin is no value add and their customer service takes hours to respond to any queries.
