Plugin does not work properly

Please clarify what do you mean “it does not allow me to change the form” and what form do you want to change?

Have you enabled T&C on your registration form, make sure to select your term page in the content dropdown.

I tried to change the registration form. here I should also see the button to activate the terms and conditions ? there isn’t it

Unfortunately, I don’t understand your issue, what do you mean “I tried to change the registration form”. Please attach screenshots of this issue.

There is no button to activate T&C extension. You have to activate it in the Plugins section and then you will see the Terms & conditions section on the right side of your registration form in the form edit section. Please see this doc for additional info.

Hi @avinoernesto,

If you are referring to the “Note: Form type cannot be changed for the default forms” it’s not an issue. Default form types can’t be changed. If you need a new form you can create one in the forms section.

I have this problem on every forms, not only on default form type.

Same problem with my website….

I duplicated the form and the message “Note: Form type cannot be changed for the default forms” disappeared from the new one.
