Plugin does not work properly

  • Plugin does not work. Have shortcode [ref] … [/ref]

    Using WP 4.9.1 with Uncode Theme. It holds on my previous posts.

    I’m using Visual Composer to construct an article. The page shows the naked shortcode. Very bad.
