Plugin does not work on new sites

I installed this plugin (v 9.0.3) on a new multisite and could not get the basic function to work of creating an Agent as required to to view and respond to tickets. After more than 2 weeks of no response on my ticket (paid for support), I dug into the code myself and found a coding error that is repeated in 8+ files that is incorrect for multisite. I provided the solution for my own ticket on the WPSupportPlus website and still have had no response event acknowledging the suggested fix for nearly a week.
While I was waiting I also installed the plugin on new single WP site (not multisite), to get past the above problem, and quickly ran into another huge problem – cannot assign an Agent to any ticket. Tickets can be created, but no Agent can be assigned to respond to the tickets. Filed a ticket using paid support on the WPSupportPlus site, several days ago, and still no useful response after more than 3 days.
This time at least the ticket was acknowledged: “This is under investigation with our Research & Development Team as a possible bug. It will be listed for fixing in next version. Please note, you will not be able to see this ticket as it is being moved to the R&D division for their action.”
After asking for an ETA, I got this: “Request you to please wait for our CR to reply or else with each reply the ticket comes back in main queue and the reply time will be affected. Thank you for your understanding.” And also this: “We recommend communicating via https://www.wpsupportplus.com/support [I did this] for secure & prompt replies, as opposed to emailing. We say we take up to 24 hours, but from Mon-Fri we are usually FAST! ”
Does this seem ironic to anyone else ?
Hey don’t get me wrong! I really want this to work quickly, I need it !
