    Hello,
I believe I am having an issue when my webpage (hamec.org/donate) is being used on a mobile phone device. The PayPal link does not work.

However, when I view the webpage on a desktop computer or tablet, the link does work. I emailed our hosts (register.com) who informed me that “You will have to edit the source code of the PayPal plugin in your website to make it Mobile compatible.”

Well I have no idea how to go about that. Does anyone have any insight on this? I’m especially new to WordPress and really have no experience editing plugins.

    Thank you for any help.

    Wordpress 5.3.2
    PayPal plugin 1.2.9

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, I tried to click on the Donate button in my android phone and nothing happens. There is some type of conflict in your site and preventing the button to work in a mobile device.

Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, what happens if you clear your cache? What happens if you exclude the page or post with the donate button from getting cached?

Hi and thank you for your reply. Apologies for not responding sooner.

I do have WP Super Cache installed on my site but clearing all that data did not solve the problem. I also deactivated all the other plugins on the site to see if they were negatively impacting this plugin but that did not solve the issue.

My solution which proved to work was to deactivate the plugin and use PayPal to create a button. I inserted that form-html into the text part of the WordPress editor.

    Thank you.

Just to confirm with you. Are you using our plugin or the HTML code from PayPal dev site?

Thank you for sharing more information.

So in other words, you are no longer using our plugin. If that is correct, can you mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards
