    Hey. I want to make a refund for the paid module. Because it doesn’t work. And there is no correction. Note that we’ve been writing about bugs for almost a month. No result.

  • Andrey, we have over 6K clients on our client portal who can are downloading plugin from our site. And this is not place to put your comment. It you didn’t get support after 6 days you have to follow on support forum for pro clients.

    @jdembowski can you please help us to moderate this review? This is not relevant to plugin here, it’s related to PRO version and we already a dedicated forum for PRO clients.

    I’m sorry you misunderstood the rule here about pro versions.

    Your pro version cannot be supported here. But when you upsell and use the plugins page as am advertisement for your pro version you invited everyone of your pro version users to leave a review here.

    The fact that you do upsell makes this and all pro version reviews valid. You asked for that when you upselled. So yes, while you may not support customers here this review is valid and will stay.

    We sent the developers a message 08.11.2018.
    The woocommerce cart does not display the title and price of Image DropDown option, an image thumbnail only.

    The problem still exists.

    When will you fix the basket??

    Andrey, we have fixed this issue already. Make sure you have latest PPOM and imagedrop down.

    can you please see this, we have provided support for PRO version as client agreed but the rating is still not being updated.

    You know how difficult for us in such situations when you get negative rating even we provided everything, the plugin, support etc.
