Plugin does not work

I installed the plugin, created a new gallery, removed the sample videos, and tried to add my own videos. First, I tried adding a video from my media gallery, but the screen goes gray and nothing happens. So I cancelled the action, and tried adding from URL, and the screen is still staying gray. I’ve made a video of the behavior and you can view it here:
