Plugin does not work?

Thank you for your great plugin. I tried your plugin some month ago and it worked perfect. Sadly it is not working any longer. I tried the Twenty Fifteen theme to make sure the problem is not my theme, but I get the same error.

I set this:
[mctagmap columns=”5″ more=”alle anzeigen ?” hide=”yes” num_show=”1″ toggle=”? verstecken” show_empty=”no” ]
