Plugin does not work

Can you let us know what the specific problem you are having please? This will help us to improve. Also, some screenshot of the problem always goes a long way.

Hello, thank you for your message. The problem is that I cannot do anything. I’m trying to create new task but nothing happens. I tryied to uninstall theplugin and install again but id didn’t resolve the problem.

I have wordpress 6.7.2 – maybe this is where the problem comes from? I have a notice that your plugin was not tested to this version.

It is a pitty because the plugin presented on printscreens looks very promising

2. Create a Workspace:?Set up a workspace and assign users who will be involved.
3. Set Up Projects:?Within the workspace, create a project and add the users who will participate.
4. Select Project:?Click on “workspace” and choose the appropriate project.
5. Create Sections:?Develop sections under the project.
6. Add Tasks:?You should now be able to add tasks.

I have no option to create users nor workspace

or i do not know how to do it ?? there is no menu I could add anything.

Could you please check if you see the settings options when you click on the down arrow next to your name? This should allow you to add users, create workspaces/projects, and manage other settings.

We understand the importance of a seamless user experience, and we understand that the current setup may be confusing. Rest assured, will address this in our next update.

There are only 2 options:

• Profile

• Log out

Sir, probably the user you are logged in with is not a WP admin user, that is why you’re not getting to setup the plugin properly.

I’m using the admin user for sure. But I’m using the Ultimate Member plugin to restrict some access to site and I thougth there might be a conflict.

I deactivated all the plugins except Lazy Task but unfortunately it didn’t helped.
