Hello, I purchased your plugin at the beginning of August. The plugin does not work. It’s not possible to add second-level items as explained on your site : https://basepresskb.com/docs/knowledge-base/level2/testing-sub-articles/. Additionally, I can’t hide the footer and header; if I do, the entire page crashes. I’ve written to you at least 4 times, first to request interventions and then to ask for a refund. You have not responded to any of my requests. Could you please get back to me to resolve the issue or alternatively provide a refund? Thank you.

Unfortunately, we have not received any email for whatsoever reason. Can you please send a refund request email along with your receipt to this email address mentioned on our contact us page? I will process your refund right away.

That said, as shown on our demo (link mentioned by you), the sub sections work perfectly. You will need to create a sub section first. I am happy to help with this too if you wish.

The page should not crash. Maybe install WP Query Monitor plugin and lets find out what is the exact cause of this?

Well, this is strange, I came across this page. How could you help me? Can I send you admin credentials so that you can see the issue for yourself and assist me in resolving it?

what means could we communicate in real-time? Thank you.

I just sent you another message through my admin account in your plugin. Did you see it?

Thank you. Indeed, but it’s the only channel through which I could contact you.
