Plugin Does Not Work

    Purchased a subscription for the plugin, already owned Essential Adonis which always worked great so had high hopes for this. Was the only plugin I could find that had a reward based system and was customizable with Elementor. Unfortunately, it is not yet a functional plugin, despite what the developers lead you to believe. At first, I could not create campaigns (the basic function of this plugin), then I couldn’t open Elementor, it just made the whole thing crash. Finally, once I was able to add the widget to a page in Elementor, the buttons for users to make donations or purchase the rewards were nowhere to be found, again making it unusable. I have reached out to support and their general response is “sorry its not working” and that’s it. Their last response to my complaint about the plugin crashing Elementor was that they are “rebuilding” the plugin and have no launch date. So in other words, they know its not functional but continue to sell it, which is very unethical. Very disappointed.
