    Hi @sirrazi!

    Thanks for reaching out with your question.

    We usually see these sorts of issues occur when there is a conflict happening on the site. I can see that the fields are loaded, but hidden, which seems to suggest they haven’t initialized properly.

    As an initial test, could you please temporarily switch themes, to a default such as TwentyTwenty, and let me know if the problem persists? If it does, then we’ll also want to check if the problem is resolved by running only WooCommerce and PayPal Powered by Braintree gateway.

    Hi Simon,
    Thank you so much for your reply. The plugin works with the default theme but does not work with the theme I am using.

    It is almost impossible for me to change the theme as we have designed everything accordingly. This theme is supporting an LMS system also. Please help me work with the current theme.

    Thanks so much for confirming. I’m afraid we don’t cover custom code or theme compatibility as part of our support policy, though I’d be happy to take a look to see if I can suggest anything for you to pass on to your theme developers!

    In order to do so, we’d need to get access to the site to take a look at the theme files in case there is something we can spot. To do that, could you raise a support request via our support form, or alternatively, raise a new support request via your WooCommerce.com account.

    We can then respond to you directly to receive a temporary admin login.
