Plugin does not sync

Hello,
I am, as well as many others have problem with plugin not connecting to the Mailchimp and not synchronising. I have no idea what it might be.
Please do something so people will not have so much headache, or at least make the plugin the way so people would know what to do to make it finally work – some notices etc. You see limitless complaints – is it so hard for such company like a Mailchimp to make a working plugin?!
In my log I see such messages:
