Plugin does not see russian letters

In version 4.2.1, the plugin does not see russian letters. He only sees english letters and numbers. In version 4.0.4 everything was fine. WP Translitera plugin is used. Can this be solved somehow?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello! I put a paid version of the plugin and with the setting “Allow non-ASCII filenames” it all worked. Probably, it was this. However, in version 4.0.4, everything worked the same way.
Example in the screenshot – Russian names of images the plugin offers to rename to “empty” or see only the numbers.
