Plugin does not save to DB but works locally on posts.

I have quite strange behavior.
The plugin works well on posts and pages, so you could rate, rate is counted and average properly displayed on post/pages.
However, the new rates are not displayed in dashboard.
I have check DB records and and found out that no new records are being added to DB, only post counter is displayed.

It worked very well in the past, but does not on the last posts.

What could be wrong?
