    I have an email mailing list signup form on a website and everything appears to work fine. However, whenever someone adds an email address the information is not forwarded to the Constant Contact account. The username/password is correct on both ends, the entry shows up on the WP backend but not on Constant Contact. When I click on the email address in WordPress I see the error below;

    From what I can tell, everything should sync without any issues but I’ve had no luck so far.

  • If you already set up the feed to connect the fields, it’s possible that the labels are causing the issue. This happened to me. When you go into your Constant Contact account and see the list of names, it shows you the “email” column. But when you click on a person’s name and look inside the record, the email field has a label like “home” email or “work” email or “other” email. The information has to flow into “other” email. I had to ask Constant Contact to change all the email labels to the default of “other”. They did that for me. Then it worked correctly.

    Thank you, I’m going to look into that.
