Plugin does not list all downloads

    Hello, first of all thanks for the fantastic plugin!

    We have over 10 thousand downloads registered in the files table of the plugin in the database, however, the plugin lists only the latest 4100. I am lost, since the database has all the records and in the plugin no, can you help me?

    My site is wordpress 4.9.2 and I am with version 4.0.2 of the plugin. If you have any suggestions, thank you very much.

    Thanks for your kind words and I’m sorry to hear you’re facing an issue with our plugin.

    Where is the plugin only listing 4100 files? In the WordPress admin? Or on the frontend of your website?

    Hello! Thanks for the quick feedback.

    The plugin is installed in the admin of my wordpress and I believe I have understood where the problem came from. We recently moved the site to another host and since then we have had this problem. To what I could see the same happened because we updated the plugin from versions 3.x to 4.0.1 and the script was not run to rewrite the indexes at this time.

    During the night I ran the update tool in my entire download base, but I did not succeed.

    What I will do now is this:
    – I will uninstall the plugin and erase the database tables
    – I will upload a backup of the plugin in a 3.x version and import the records to the tables
    – I’ll test it on the site if it’s OK
    – If there is an analysis of the option to upgrade the plugin

    PROBLEM SOLVED

    My problem was because of the incompatibility of the records in version 3 and version 4 of the plugin.

    I cleaned all the database plugin tables and imported them from my backup. I uploaded via ftp the plugin in version 3.3 and it is working ok.
