Plugin does not have valid header

I can install this plugin, but then when I activate it – I’m given an error message “this plugin does not have a valid header”.
Anyone know why this is, doesn’t look like anyone else is having this problem. Plenty of people seem to be running this plugin with no issues.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
