Plugin does not have a header

Attempting to activate the plugin downloaded from repositiory running wp 4..9.9, curent version of BB Pro and themer

I have this error as well – I’ve had it previously on a new site. Then successfully installed it – very frustrating. I can’t show you the site because its currently local. But I have one cpt which has 3 simple additional fields (2 dates one text) plus a custom taxonomy to go with the cpt. No relationships – nothing complex
