Plugin does not give Health Check options.

When I install and activate the plugin nothing happens. I can go into Troubleshooting from the Plugins admin screen, but when I select Health Check nothing happens. According to the documentation (which does not exist except an article on www.remarpro.com), I should be able to get to a screen with multiple tabs “Health Check”, “Debug Information”, etc. This screen does not come up, and there are no options in the Dashboard menu.
