• Bought the Pro Version of this plugin. Frontend will only display a task and the links to view the details or comments on the task the page just refreshes & doesn’t do anything. Tried to get support but they have deactivated their forums. Are showing a server error when trying to create a support ticket, and the contact page on their site shows the shortcode for a gravity form.

    The only reason this gets one star is that the backend seems to work ok, however without the frontend capability we feel screwed.

    I’m kicking the tires on this plugin and don’t wanna invest in the paid version if they aren’t providing support and closed their forums…

    I have not received any email from kevmatic33.

    You can start with the free version. The paid version only includes some extra features.

    We have closed the support forums and introduced ticket based support system via email to offer better UX.

    @badsha_eee Please get your account added to this plugin as a “Plugin Contributor”. It’ll make it easier on the moderators when they see you post an email address and realize that deleting it may not be the best way to go. ??
