Plugin does NOT Clean Up After Itself

This plugin has created such a mess in the database and generates many PHP warnings and errors.

I have disabled and removed it after many many years but it has left all the postmeta entries all over the place.

Kindly point me to a way to clean this all out or do you have a database cleaner package for this?
