Plugin does not cause any comment layout change

Hi,
The plugin wpDiscuz is not causing any noticeable change in the layout of my comments after installing it. I dislike the appearance of my comment section and was hoping that an activated wpDiscuz plugin would facilitate making improvements but nothing happened. What is causing this and how can it be resolved?
The theme name of my website is Astra.
On the following page, I want to remove “1 thought” to “5:24 pm” and “Leave” to “comment.” for guests/unlogged users only:

wpDiscuz is designed to extend the native comment system on WordPress posts, pages and other post types. I don’t see native comment system and posts or page on your website. I see a list of reviews with multiple comment sections. So this is an archive or category page. And this is a custom template. wpDiscuz cannot be used on non-singular pages, it should be used on a singular page with one native comment form.
