Plugin does not calculate any more

What do you mean by “calculations stopped working”? What exactly, please clarify. Thanks!

I will try to explain it with en example:

– Product with variations: variation 1 costs 20€, variation 2 costs 40€
– Then also two other options: option “één” = Rate value “1”, option “twee” = Rate value “2”

The formula is variationprice * Rate.

When you choose a variation and/or select one of the other options the price should adjust. For example: second variation with 2nd option should make a total of 80. It doesn’t. It keeps showing the “minimal price” (i’ve used “15” as minimal price)

This is only a test product. There is also another product in the shop that is an example for all other products we will put in the shop. The calculations we do there all worked perfectly until all of a sudden … It stopped.

(I can give you admin access if you want to take a look.)

So, the calculation works, but you don’t get what you want – it is called a misconfiguration. You just have to configure it properly.

Also, you may have overwritten your config from another product. Please, read the documentation, section Data Structure.

Well, it doesn’t work. That’s the whole point.
Without any changes made all of a sudden it stopped working …

You are not the first person who is telling me exactly same words. But in 100% cases the configs were overwritten unnoticed some time before the day “everything is broken suddenly”.

Probably those configs which do not work anymore are overwritten. Please, check the documentation, section Data Structure. Check each option: create a new of the same type, sync with ‘duplicate’, check for differences. This way you will find which are differ.

In my formula, can I use “{uni_cpo_price}” to get the price?
Or do I have to use another variable to get the price of the chosen variation?

Like I can remember I used “{uni_cpo_price}” before (and it worked) but because of the fact that I changed en tried so much I’m not sure any more about this …

The products that we are selling are drawings. People can download them after they purchased it.

Each drawing has 2 variations: one WITH copyright sign on it and one WITHOUT copyright sign on it.
WITH copyright sign it costs 17,7 euro, WITHOUT copyright sign it’s 35,4 euro.

It is important that people choose first what type of drawing that they want: With or Without copyright sign. Reason why it is important is because of the fact that at the end they have to download the version of the drawing that they want.
