• Hey,
I have just installed the plugin and inserted both, my App ID and my Application Key.

When I click on “Authorize Now”, it leads me to MYURL/?fb_publish_validate=1 but nothing else happens. It should ask me now wether I want to connect with FB or not, but it doesn’t.

Sorry for my bad English, I’m from Germany.

    Hello Webmaster95,

It may be the problem with your theme. Can just for the authorization purpose switch theme. I mean to say, activate any default wordpress theme like twentytwleve or twentyfourteen then authorize the plugin. When done, switch back to the theme you were using.

Tried it with Twenty Fourteen, still getting the same error.

I am having the same problem. Let me know if there’s any info I can give you about my setup that might help troubleshoot this.

    Same here (using WP 4.0).
Some logs to help you digging:

Can you guys please update to version 1.2 and reset the plugin data from the Facebook Publish General Settings and then try to authorize again?

Can you please tell me what version of php are you using? And if it is possible can you change the PHP version to 5.4 from the cpanel?

With current plugin version at least my auth problem was solved, thanks! (using PHP 5.3.10)
