Plugin does not appear to works with WP 4.4.2?

I just loaded this on a new site and it appears that it is not encoding the email addresses.

Plugin is activated, I look at the source code (right click, view source), and the email is clearly visible.

I use this plugin on many sites. Will this be fixed soon or do I need to find a new plugin?
