    Hi,

    You don’t have to spam me with every possible way to contact.

    1. What plugin rules you currently have?
    2. What cart do you test? (Items, weight, classes)
    3. What shipping options do you get?
    4. What shipping option do you expect instead?

    I also have the same problem. I tried several months ago, could not get it to work, so gave up. Now I’ve deleted and re-installed the plug-sin; plus reconfigured my settings and still it doesn’t show up in my Cart as an shipping method option for customers.

    What plugin rules you currently have? X4 category flat-rate weights targeted to Australia only
    What cart do you test? (Items, weight, classes) Weight
    What shipping options do you get? I only get my live Australia Post rates (I’m happy to have both show and my customers choose: live Oz Post Rate or Flat Rate, your plugin)
    What shipping option do you expect instead? Flat Rate

    If you could help I would really appreciate it. I cannot see where I have gone wrong as my settings look just like the ones in your image and they say ‘activated’.

    Thanks

    Given the info “X4 category flat-rate weights targeted to Australia only” and “Weight” I don’t see what’s wrong either. Do you think this is really useful info to figure out the issue?

    OK sorry. What else would you like to know?

    Weight = 0-1.99kg, 2-4.99kg, 5-9.99kg, 10-25kg respectively
    Destination AU
    Subtotal = Any
    Cost = 10, 15, 20, 25 respectively
    Tax Status = None
    Order Weight = ‘or equal’ for above and below
    Order Subtotal = ‘or equal’ for above
    Base Cost = 10, 15, 20, 25 respectively

    They are all ‘activated’ but don’t come up in my Checkout.

    I don’t see where I’ve gone wrong.

    Is it something to do with ‘Shipping Options’ in WooComm where you have to assign a ‘priority’ to installed shipping methods? Wherein, I assigned these x4 flat rates as priority 1 and Australia Post as priority 2. I also tried in reverse and all the same; but still didn’t work.

    Priority has nothing to do with that. It defines the order of shipping option appearance.

    What’s the weight of the order you test?
